rental rates for this region are really excellent for the owner. A
quality unit such as this at today’s rates would rent for $1500 week
with no car and $1750 week with a car included. For full share
owners who want to rent with a 50% of the year rented and the other 50%
for the owners own use would have a cash flow of approximately $30,000
